This 60 min. practice invites you to connect breath with movement, fostering a sense of peace and mindfulness. You'll explore a variety of poses that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while modifications and props are offered to support your individual needs. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class encourages you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
