We explore a variety of engaging and creative yoga-based activities including individual, partner and group poses designed to build concentration, strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. A variety of breathing exercises for energizing and calming are taught, as well as relaxation and visualization techniques, helping to improve emotional awareness and self-regulation skills. Through the use of props, music, and games, the children express themselves creatively, gain confidence, and have lots of fun!
