I am excited to be a part of your yoga journey! Practicing yoga helped me reduce stress and the therapeutic benefits from it continue to have a huge impact on my life.  I teach to share this with you.  With over 1000 hours of teaching experience, I love to grow and learn with and from my students.  My mission is to provide a class that is open to a wide variety of levels and I am ready to meet you where you are in your yoga practice. I am passionate about creating a welcoming community that allows us to simply breathe and listen to our individual bodies.  Finding a balance between strength and flexibility with proper alignment all in a noncompetitive environment will allow my students to progress through their journey safely. I enjoy creatively designing adult, teen and children's classes and delivering them authentically in a calm caring manner. Come see what yoga offers you!

134 Sharp Ln., Exton , PA. (This is the address to the driveway of the parking lot; not the official address.)  This will take you to the entrance of the parking lot.  The parking lot is shared by St. Paul's United Church of Christ and the Abraham Fetters/White School.

Please arrive 5 minutes early.

This class works to balance your body and mind.  With attention to alignment, we move though a set of poses to strengthen, stretch, and align our bodies. 

A great class for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

SLOW FLOW

Create strength, stability and support for the spine and the whole body by syncing breath and movement in this flow based class. Find energy, strength, and flexibility while staying kind and gentle to yourself.  

GENTLE YOGA

Thursday 5:30 p.m.

A slower paced calming class including breathing techniques and gentle flowing movements.  This is a perfect beginning yoga class and is also appropriate for those working with injuries, limited mobility, or prefer a softer, more gentle approach to yoga.

SYNERGY

This class work to balance your body and mind.  With attention to alignment we move through a set of poses to strengthen, stretch, and align our bodies.

A great class for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

SLOW FLOW

Create strength, stability and support for the spine and the whole body by syncing breath and movement in this flow based class. Find energy, strength, and flexibility while staying kind and gentle to yourself.  The use of props and teacher recommended modifications makes this class a nice fit for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

GENTLE YOGA

A slower paced calming class including breathing techniques and gentle flowing movements.  This is a perfect beginning yoga class and is also appropriate for those working with injuries, limited mobility, or prefer a softer, more gentle approach to yoga.  

MINDFUL FLOW

In this vinyasa (an integration of movement and breath) class, movements flow from one to another,  yet the practice is still accessible to a wide range of levels. Considered a moving meditation, vinyasa classes will strengthen body and mind.  Balance, flexibility, and endurance are gained, not necessarily need! Some yoga experience recommended, but not a must. All levels welcome.

Outside in Chester Springs

We explore a variety of engaging and creative yoga-based activities including individual, partner and group poses designed to build concentration, strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. A variety of breathing exercises for energizing and calming are taught, as well as relaxation and visualization techniques, helping to improve emotional awareness and self-regulation skills. Through the use of props, music, and games, the children express themselves creatively, gain confidence, and have lots of fun!

Lisa is an excellent yoga instructor!  I have attended her 90 minute "Stationary" class twice a week for years.  Her voice is calm and soothing, her cues and adjustments are clear, actionable and devoid of judgement, and if the class size is small enough she gives each of us the best 20 second back rub! She also keeps the class fun and interesting, modifying or adding in some different poses occasionally, and she is consistently tuned in to any injuries or limitations anyone is experiencing.  Regardless of what is going on in my health, head or life, I always leave her class feeling better, calmer. stronger, and grateful for her!
